Did You Finish?

For the last week or so, I’ve been feeling like I’m…off.You know that ‘knowing’ in your ‘knower’ when you can tell that there’s something not right between you and God.Yeah, that’s exactly what I’ve been experiencing and I knew something was wrong because I’d been praying for direction and hadn’t received any.That's not like God.I know you’ve been taught that you have to wait on Him to answer your prayers; but if the truth be told, more often than not - sometimes He’s waiting on you.

But what is He waiting on you to do?He’s waiting on you to do the last thing He led you to do.Ask yourself did you complete that. And by complete, I mean did you do it the way He led you to do it.More than likely, you didn’t.You probably were like me and did it the way you wanted to do it, talked yourself out of doing it His way because it didn’t seem right, or you flat out didn’t do it because you didn’t want to.Either way, don’t expect any answers, forward movement, or direction until you do. So what can you do about it?

Pray this with me: Heavenly Father, please forgive me for taking my time, putting You on hold and being slow about completing what it is You've placed on my heart. I started Lord, but somewhere along the way I changed what You told me to do. Please reveal to me what I changed, added, and didn’t complete to the point that I am able to remember, write it down, prioritize it and put it on my calendar - if need be. And Lord, will You help me to know when I’ve completed it to Your satisfaction? I thank You, in Jesus’ name.
